Ready to build a new home? We’re here to design your custom home with you from beginning to end. We work directly with you so your plans meet your specific needs and we look at every possible angle to make the most of your budget and any other constraints. By the end of our process you’ll have buildable sets of plans ready for bids and quotes and to take to your builder.

With confidence in your plans, there will be fewer changes on site, which means less wasted money! Whether you just needs plans drafted or want the full shebang and want help with materials and finishes- we’re here every step of the way to make the process as stress free as possible and that you love every square inch when you move in.

Who is this for?

Homeowners ready to embark on the journey of building a home. It’s a long, but extremely rewarding process, that you want to be part of and feel excitement for the possibilities to create a home that is uniquely you.

What do I get?

  • Custom floorplan (PDF)- to make sure we have a layout that works

  • Preliminary plans (PDF)- for beginning to get bids and talk with your builder. These will include floorplans, elevations, details, and dimensions.

  • 3 sets of revisions during the preliminary phase to make sure everything is perfect. Additional revisions are possible at an additional hourly rate.

  • Final set of plans (PDF)- for building!

Add-ons:

  • Material Selections

  • Furniture Selections

  • 3D renderings

What do I have to do?

  • Fill out our design form, send pictures, plan inspiration, budget, and more.

  • Communicate any adjustments for the revisions.

  • Communicate with your builder.

  • Show the world your new home plan and get building!

How long does it take?

  • Planning usually take 3-6 months.

  • 1-2 week turnaround for revisions.

  • Additional time for Add-ons based on services needed.
